The first Talent Day on Climatology was organized on June 17th and 18th, 2009.
The AXA Research Fund invited 14 doctoral and post-doctorla fellows, from the Climate Change cluster, in order to build an AXA Research Fund Community and to present them informally the AXA Group.
One of the most important objective for a "Talent Day" is to gather young researchers working on a similar theme, to build a strong talent community.
